Do e-gift cards expire?

No — ALDO e-gift cards never expire.

How do I redeem my e-gift card? 

Enter your e-gift card number at checkout on aldoshoes.com.

Can I combine a e-gift card with a promo code? 

Yes, e-gift cards can be applied alongside promotional discounts and other offers at checkout.

Can I use more than one e-gift card on an order?

Yes, multiple e-gift cards may be applied to a single order. Any remaining balance can be paid with a credit card or other accepted payment method.

Can I use the ALDO e-gift card in-store? 

Yes you can, as well as the Shop app store.

Can you use a physical gift card to buy online?

Yes, however at checkout, choose the 2nd field “Have a physical gift card?” to input its number.

Can I personalize the e-gift card with a message? 

Yes, you can add your own message at the e-gift card product page.

How do I check my e-gift card balance? 

Your original e-gift card email includes a link to check your balance, along with your e-gift card number. 

What if I never received my digital gift card? 

Digital gift cards are typically delivered within 2 hours of purchase. Please check your spam folder, then contact customer care team if it hasn't arrived.

Can I return a e-gift card for a refund?

e-Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

What happens if I return an item purchased with a e-gift card?

Your refund will be issued back to a new e-gift card.

My e-gift card isn't working. What should I do?

Is my e-gift card valid in both the US and Canada? 

e-Gift cards are market-specific: a card purchased in the US can only be redeemed on the US site, and a card purchased in Canada can only be redeemed on the Canadian site.
