NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The Win Your Cart Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Canada, including the Province of Quebec, and of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in the province, territory or state in which they are domiciled at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and the Armed Forces, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees of The Aldo Group Inc., ALDO U.S. Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other company or individual involved in the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, children and step-children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.

Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the applicable Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

2. Sponsor

For entrants who enter from Canada: The Aldo Group Inc., 905 Hodge Street, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4N 2B3, Canada.

For entrants who enter from the United States: ALDO U.S. Inc., 905 Hodge Street, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4N 2B3, Canada.

"Sponsor" means the entity identified above for the entrant's country of entry. Each Sponsor is responsible only for the Sweepstakes as conducted in its own country.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 5, 2026 at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 20, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Subscribe to the Sponsor's newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period by submitting all required fields of the subscription form. You will receive one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, accounts or devices used. Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, illegible, or generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected or undeliverable entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic.

5. Prize

There are two (2) prizes available to be won and two (2) winners: one (1) in Canada and one (1) in the United States.

Each prize consists of Eligible Merchandise of the winner's choice up to a total value of US$500 for the United States winner and C$500 for the Canadian winner, inclusive of all applicable taxes and shipping. The winner must select their merchandise within ten (10) days of being confirmed as a winner.

"Eligible Merchandise" means ALDO-branded or Call It Spring-branded footwear, handbags and accessories offered for sale on https://bebsworld.com/ and https://www.callitspring.com/ and available for shipment to the winner's address, and excludes gift cards, e-gift cards, digital products, third-party branded merchandise, final sale and clearance items, items subject to purchase quantity limits, and any item that is out of stock or discontinued at the time of selection.

Approximate retail value: US$500 (United States prize) and C$500 (Canada prize). Any amount exceeding the applicable maximum is the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner selects merchandise totalling less than the applicable maximum, no balance, credit or cash will be provided for the difference.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's discretion where permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. The prize is awarded "as is," without warranty or guarantee, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. The Sponsor will not replace any lost, stolen or misused prize.

Winners are solely responsible for all duties and fees associated with receipt or use of the prize.

6. Odds and Random Drawing

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received within each applicable country during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received from Canada, and one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received from the United States, in a random drawing conducted on or about November 24, 2026.

If, by reason of a printing, typographical or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set out in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted by email at the address provided on entry, no later than December 1, 2026.

Winning is subject to verification of eligibility, including age and residence, and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to respond to the initial notification within five (5) business days will result in disqualification.

Before being confirmed as a winner, the selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. An incorrect answer results in disqualification.

To claim the prize, the potential winner must sign and return, within five (5) business days of receipt, the General Agreement and Release Form provided by the Sponsor.

A potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if the potential winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts, fails to respond within five (5) business days, fails to return the signed General Agreement and Release Form in time, does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not provide required information, has their notification returned as undeliverable, declines the prize, fails (in the case of the Canadian entrant) to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules. Upon any forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

8. Entry Conditions, Release and Indemnity

By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers, and any other organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, expenses and liability, including negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of intellectual property rights, property damage, death or personal injury, arising out of or relating to the entrant's entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any and all claims, expenses and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to the entrant's participation or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

Entrants who entered from Canada, not including the Province of Quebec: by receipt of any prize, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action, including personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Depending on the law of the entrant's place of residence, this release may not apply to claims against the Sponsor, its representatives and its vicarious agents for damages for personal injury or death.

Entrants who entered from the Province of Quebec: by receipt of any prize, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action, including personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize. This release shall not be interpreted in a way that would liberate the Sponsor from the consequences of its own act or the act of its representative.

Entrants who entered from the United States: by receipt of any prize, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action, including personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize.

9. Limitation of Liability

(a) Entrants who entered from Canada, not including the Province of Quebec, and entrants who entered from the United States: to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties are not responsible for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the entrant, by printing or typographical errors, or by any equipment or programming used in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the conduct of the drawing, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (v) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

(b) Entrants who entered from the Province of Quebec: the following limitation of liability shall not be interpreted in a way that would liberate the Sponsor from the consequences of its own act or the act of its representative. Subject to the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties are not responsible for the matters listed in paragraph (a)(i) to (vi) above, on the same terms.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.

11. Force Majeure

In no event shall the Sponsor be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations arising out of or caused by forces beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, national or international health restrictions, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, epidemic, disease, quarantine, and interruptions, loss or malfunction of utilities, communications or computer services (a "Force Majeure Occurrence"). The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, provide a work-around solution, such as an alternative prize.

12. Privacy

Consent to marketing is given separately and may be withdrawn at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing message or by contacting the Sponsor. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://bebsworld.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants may have the right to access, correct and, in certain circumstances, delete the personal information held about them, and to be informed of its origin and the recipients of that information. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY ENTRANT.
